Moshood Shehu is an Independent Director of Carnation Registrars Limited.

He is the Principal Counsel of Moshood Shehu & Associates, a firm he founded in 1998. Moshood Shehu is also a publisher at Gravitas Review of Business and Property Law. He has vast wealth of experience having worked as a Counsel in the firm of Popoola & Olajumoke & Co.

Moshood graduated with LLB from Ahmadu Bello University and also bagged his LLM in Corporate Law from the prestigious University of Lagos. He also obtained a certificate in International Commercial Transactions from the University of California, United States of America.

He is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrator and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, International Bar Association and Nigerian Society of International Law.
