Abdulrashid Amao is a Non-Executive Director with Carnation Registrars Limited.

His diverse banking career saw him through ICON Limited (Merchant Bankers), Intercity Commercial Bank and finally as General Manager Broad Bank of Nigeria Limited. He later joined PINL Marine and Oil Services Limited as the Chief Operating Officer before resigning to be the pioneer Managing Director of Crown Wealth Asset Management Limited now Crown Capital Limited.

He is a graduate of Accountancy from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and master’s degree holder in marketing from Enugu State University of Technology. He is also an associate member of Chartered Institutes of Taxation of Nigeria.

He is a fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria by profession and a banker of over 21 years’ experience.
